Session Times:
Appointments are available between 10am and 4pm. Each Christmas mini session lasts up to 20 minutes.

Once you've viewed your gallery, you can upgrade to one of the following digital packages. The prices below show the additional amount payable, with the total package price shown in brackets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the Christmas mini sessions suitable for babies?

Yes, as long as your baby can sit up unaided. If your baby isn't yet sitting up, they will need to be held by a parent or family member during the session.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! Dogs are very welcome to join the Christmas mini sessions.

To help your session run smoothly, please:

• Take your dog for a walk and toilet break before arriving.

• Bring plenty of their favourite treats.

• Only bring dogs that are comfortable around people and are trained to sit and stay for short periods.

Can my dog have photos on their own as well as with the family?

Yes. Time permitting, we'll capture a variety of photographs, including your dog on their own, your children together, the whole family, and any other combinations you'd like.

Can grandparents, cousins or extended family join?

Yes. You're welcome to include grandparents, cousins and extended family in your session, along with different family combinations.

Please remember that each session lasts up to 20 minutes, so the more people attending, the less time there is for individual photographs.

Can we have individual photos as well as family photos?

Of course. Time permitting, we'll capture a mixture of family photographs, sibling photos, individual portraits and any other combinations you'd like during your session.

What should we wear?

Christmas jumpers are always fun, but they're certainly not essential. Cosy knitwear, rich seasonal colours and outfits that complement each other photograph beautifully.

Can we bring a change of outfit?

Mini sessions are designed to be quick, so we recommend arriving ready to be photographed.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. There are several free one-hour parking bays on the surrounding streets. Please allow a little extra time to park and arrive before your session begins.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The Christmas set is located downstairs and is accessed by steps only. Unfortunately, there isn't a lift.

What happens if my child doesn't want their photo taken?

Don't worry! These sessions are designed to be fun rather than formal. We'll encourage play, laughter and interaction with the Christmas set, allowing children to relax naturally. Some of the best photographs are captured when children are simply being themselves.

What happens if we're late?

Please arrive a few minutes before your booking time. As sessions run throughout the day, late arrivals may reduce the time available for your session. I will text you when I am ready to let you in upstairs.

Will the sessions go ahead if it rains?

Yes. The Christmas mini sessions take place indoors, so they'll go ahead whatever the weather.

When will we receive our photographs?

Your online gallery will be ready as soon as possible after your session, around 7 days. You'll then be able to choose your included digital image and purchase any additional digital images, prints or Christmas gifts.

Can I buy more photographs afterwards?

Yes. A range of discounted digital image packages can be pre-booked during the booking process. If you prefer, you can also purchase additional digital images, professional prints and photo gifts once you've viewed your gallery.

What if I can't attend?

Bookings are non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, I'll do my best to resell your session or transfer your booking to another family, but this can't be guaranteed.
